Support & Services for CDCS

installation, integration, custom development & more!

DATA-M is a service provided by Prometheus to support the Configurable Data Curation System (CDCS) ecosystem. Developed at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for the past several years,  the CDCS is a modular web framework following the FAIR data principles to manage scientific data.

The application is open source, actively maintained and, has been forked many times by other organizations. The CDCS has two main categories of instances - repositories, providing an organized space for your data and registries, listing and categorizing resources across a network of institutions.

Keywords: data management, search, data interoperability (model harmonization), curation, modelization, storage, data sharing (several protocols), access control.

Based on a flexible architecture, facilitating its extensibility and maintainability, the CDCS  provides a wide range of capabilities:

The data repository aims to facilitate the collection and dessimination of datasets from different sources and formats in a unified way.

The registry is a specialized CDCS instance which aims to facilitate the discovery of resources available inside an organization.

We offer commercial support for the customization, integration, configuration, operation and enhancement of CDCS repositories and registries
